Volunteer
Give what you can — time is often worth more than money
Our volunteers are the heart of Falah Futures. You do not need to be a professional; you need to be reliable, warm and willing to learn.
Roles
Ways you can help
Mentor
Walk alongside one person with regular, reliable one-to-one support.
Youth worker
Help deliver identity, resilience and prevention sessions for 11–25s.
Workshop support
Set up, welcome people and assist facilitators at community sessions.
Fundraising
Help with campaigns, community appeals and grant research.
Admin & social media
Behind-the-scenes work that keeps everything running well.
Safeguarding and DBS
Every volunteer working with young people or vulnerable adults completes an enhanced DBS check, two references and our safeguarding induction before starting. Mentors also complete trauma-informed listening training. This protects the people we serve — and it protects you.
