Falah Futures is the data controller for information collected through this website. You can reach us at hello@falahfutures.com.

What we collect

• Support requests: anything you choose to give us — a first name and contact details are optional.
• Volunteer applications: name, contact details, skills, availability and safeguarding declarations.
• Partnership and contact enquiries: your name, organisation and message.
• Event bookings: name, contact details, number of places and access needs.

Why we use it

To respond to you, to arrange support or a volunteering role, to run events safely, and to meet our safeguarding and legal duties. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests, consent and legal obligation.

Anonymous contact

You may contact us without giving your name or contact details. If you do, we will not be able to reply, but your message still helps us understand what our communities need.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and bookings are kept for up to two years. Volunteer records are kept for the duration of the role plus three years. Safeguarding records are retained in line with statutory guidance.

Sharing

We use trusted providers to host this site and store form submissions securely. We share information with statutory services only where safeguarding or the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@falahfutures.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
